The apartment is c. 50 sqm / 540 sqft large, it includes space for up to three guests (one double bed and one single bed), however a double sofa-bed in the living room is also available for two additional guests (5 guests maximum per apartment “Mortella”). The apartment features a large bedroom and living room/kitchen, plus the bathroom. The apartment is on raised ground floor and is equipped with double-glazed windows for an optimal soundproofing.
